I guess you could say I'm past the honeymoon phase. I do love Dublin and I've barely stopped smiling since I've got here but this past weekend I dealt with my first intense case of homesickness. Silly enough, it was triggered by a piece of gummy candy shaped like a paw print (Awe Dutchie!). I had no control over how much I started to miss my puppy, my people and my places but what I could control was the music. Thankfully, the Good Ol' Grateful Dead were there to see me through it. So just for good measure here's a song from a Halloween show in 1980.
"There is a road, no simple highway, Between the dawn and the dark of night, And if you go no one may follow, That path is for your steps alone." - Ripple
